We onboard in waves so each step is guided rather than guesswork. The typical pattern is: map the mundane work, stand up agents for it on your tenancy, then expand. Most teams have their first workflow running in the first week of onboarding.
The agents live in the sovereign Office Stack — docs, sheets, mail, and drive — and carry long-term memory across them. That means your AI works where your team already works, not in a separate silo.

Where your data lives, and who can touch it.
In the EU region you choose — Helsinki, Frankfurt, or Stockholm — and it stays there. Compute, storage, and model inference are all pinned to that region. We don't move your data to other jurisdictions. Full detail is in Data Residency.
Never. Your content is not used to train models — yours or anyone else's. Your workspace is yours alone. This holds on every plan, by default and by contract.
Yes — exit is a right, not a penalty. You can export your data at any time with no egress fees, and the office stack is open source so you're never locked into a proprietary format you can't read elsewhere.
It means the infrastructure, the data, and the people who operate it stay under EU jurisdiction and control — not subject to foreign data-access laws. Practically: EU-resident compute, EU-based staff, and no data egress without your instruction. The Sovereign Cloud hub explains the model.
How we protect the workspace and prove it.
In transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. On Enterprise and Sovereign plans you can bring or manage your own encryption keys. The full control set is on the Security page.
We're built and operated against GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 principles. We're transparent about maturity: where a formal audit is in progress versus complete is stated plainly on the Security page rather than implied.
Access follows least-privilege and is limited to EU-based staff, only when needed for support or operations, and is logged. Enterprise and Sovereign plans add advanced audit logs and access reviews you can export.

Pricing is scoped to your seats, active workloads, region, and retention needs — because a sovereign deployment isn't one-size-fits-all. You get a clear, itemised quote before anything is signed. See the three deployment models on the Pricing page.
In short: Standard is shared sovereign tenancy in one region; Enterprise adds dedicated tenancy, full fleet orchestration, SSO/SAML, and multi-region; Sovereign is fully isolated or air-gapped, with on-prem options and customer-managed keys. The full ladder is in the comparison table.
Enterprise and Sovereign run on annual agreements with a support SLA matched to your plan. We'll provide a Data Processing Agreement and the terms in writing — see Terms — before you commit.
No egress fees, ever. Moving your data out is a right we don't charge for — it's part of staying genuinely portable and lock-in free.
